Frontend Developer (AI Pilot) – Tendem Project (Freelance, Remote)

Mindrift is hiring skilled Frontend Developers (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Next.js) to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and build high-quality landing pages and multi-page websites within a hybrid AI + human environment.

In this role, as an AI Pilot at Mindrift, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents (handling repetitive tasks) while providing frontend craftsmanship, design sensibility, and quality control to ensure pixel-perfect, conversion-ready websites that align with real client briefs.

This is a part-time, remote freelance opportunity, ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in landing page production, multi-page website development, and modern frontend frameworks.

  • Design, build, and refine landing pages, waitlist pages, promo pages, and small multi-page sites (including portfolios, restaurant sites, small business sites, and simple online stores).
  • Transform client briefs into responsive, performant, polished web experiences using a mix of human and AI tools.

    • High visual polish and intentional design placement.
  • Develop small multi-page websites (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.) that align with client requirements and basic information architecture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
