Job Description
About the Opportunity
We are expanding our roster of freelance graphic designers to support overflow creative work across our global marketing organization. This is not a contractor or temporary employee role, but an opportunity to collaborate with our in-house marketing team on a project-by-project basis, depending on business needs. Our most immediate need is to bolster expert-level Adobe InDesign capacity for reports, publications, and other multi-page documents.
Freelancers will be engaged on scoped assignments and managed directly by the Global Head of Design, working closely with marketers and stakeholders across regions. This opportunity is best suited for designers who are highly skilled in advanced InDesign production, comfortable working with data-driven content, and experienced in a B2B, finance, or asset management environment. We value freelancers who are highly responsive, work quickly, and can deliver efficient, fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience We are specifically seeking freelancers who bring the following expertise:
Expert/advanced Adobe InDesign skills (must-have): professional, production-level experience building and maintaining long-form documents (reports/publications), paragraph/character styles, master pages, tables, packaged files, print/PDF export, and version control Responsiveness and speed (must-have): ability to turn requests quickly, communicate proactively, and manage workload efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Excel proficiency for charting and data visualization, including the ability to work directly with Excel files and build, edit, and visually refine charts and tables for marketing and client-facing use Advanced PowerPoint expertise, including deep experience in designing complex, presentation-heavy content and a strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, consistency, and storytelling in slide-based formats Proven experience delivering professional design work in a B2B environment, including the ability to translate feedback into clean, client-ready revisions quickly Finance, asset management, or professional services experience is highly preferred Clear communication skills, particularly around interpreting briefs and incorporating feedback

Job Responsibilities
Scope of Work & Responsibilities Depending on project needs, freelance designers may be asked to:
Design, update, and production-manage multi-page reports and publications in Adobe InDesign (templates, styles, master pages, table/figure formatting) in line with brand standards Lead the design and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, including pitch decks, and client presentations Create, refine, and format charts and data visualizations, often sourced from Excel, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual consistency Apply and work within established brand guidelines and design templates Work with speed and precision—respond quickly, meet tight deadlines, and deliver polished files with minimal back-and-forth Manage individual assignments independently while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards Respond constructively to feedback and adapt designs as scopes evolve
