Freelance Graphic Designer – 3 Months FTC

Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary Contract

Rate: Negotiable

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to provide temporary cover for our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to work on a variety of housing and property sector brands, delivering high-quality creative across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
  • Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
  • Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, social media assets, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
  • Present work and respond positively to feedback
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
  • Support and inspire junior team members where required
  • Bring insight into housing and property sector audiences and trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital design, and typography
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
  • Experience within the housing or property sector is advantageous
