Freelance Graphic Designer – 3 Months FTC
Contract Type: Freelance / Temporary Contract
Rate: Negotiable
We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to provide temporary cover for our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to work on a variety of housing and property sector brands, delivering high-quality creative across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects
- Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs
- Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, social media assets, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
- Present work and respond positively to feedback
- Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
- Support and inspire junior team members where required
- Bring insight into housing and property sector audiences and trends

Requirements:
- Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, digital design, and typography
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
- Experience within the housing or property sector is advantageous
