The Opportunity
Ready to leave a lasting mark on a household name? A global FTSE 100 data and information services leader is undergoing an exciting brand evolution. They have a brilliant, high-level illustration concept, but they need an elite system-thinker to turn it into a scalable, recognisable visual language.
This is not a “start-from-scratch” role. You will inherit the client’s early-stage design foundations and architect the comprehensive illustration guidelines that will dictate their visual identity across digital, product, and marketing touchpoints worldwide.
What’s in it for you?
- High-Impact Portfolio Piece: Define the global illustration language for a tier-1 brand.
- Flexibility: Enjoy a highly autonomous remote-first workflow, with a beautiful central London collaborative hub available when you want to sync in person.
- Efficient Process: Immediate start, collaborative team, and streamlined 8-week delivery sprint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
