Job Title: Freelance Language Trainers / Exam Prep Tutors (Associate Pool)
Company Description
The Bletchley Transformation Academy (BTA) is a CPD-accredited professional training institution and corporate advisory firm. Alongside our enterprise workforce adoption frameworks, BTA’s Language Division delivers premium, impact-driven language masterclasses designed to help professionals and individuals achieve critical career, business, and migration milestones. Operating from our dedicated training headquarters in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, BTA combines professional rigour with practical, outcome-focused instruction.
Role Description
This is a freelance, contract-based Associate role for experienced Language Trainers and Exam Prep Tutors to join BTA’s elite delivery pool. Based strictly on-site at our Milton Keynes academy, selected associates will deliver high-quality, face-to-face (F2F) language instruction and targeted exam preparation sessions.
As these courses cater to working professionals and structured cohorts, sessions run during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include delivering pre-structured masterclass curricula, executing targeted exam strategies (IELTS/GESE), assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure high pass rates. Positions are allocated on a cohort-by-cohort basis starting mid-August 2026.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
