About Social Chameleon
Social Chameleon is an independent, social-first agency built for brands that refuse to stand still. Five disciplines under one roof, social, paid, influencer, creative and search, woven together so every brief moves faster and lands sharper.
We don't chase algorithms. We read culture at the source and move before the market is ready. It's how we've become Social Media Agency of the Year (twice), Digital Agency of the Year and a Forbes 30 Under 30 team, with seventy-plus awards and counting. We work with international brands across consumer tech, automotive, tools and hardware, travel and hospitality and agriculture, from offices in London and Sydney.
We're building a bench of trusted freelancers to support a growing slate of project work. This is one of several briefs we're hiring for over the coming weeks. Urgent availability is essential.
The Brief
We need a mid-weight designer with strong social-first foundations who can also design across OOH and other formats. You'll take concepts from brief to polished artwork, working alongside our Creative team and close to social, strategy and account, keeping every asset on brand and built to perform, whether it lives on a feed, a billboard or a banner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This suits a designer with three to five years behind them, someone who can take a concept and run with it across channels, contribute ideas rather than only execute, and deliver to a high finish with minimal hand-holding.
What You'll Do
Design Delivery
- Design across social, OOH, digital display and print, from social-first statics to large-format and out-of-home
- Produce campaign and always-on assets: social statics, carousels and stories, plus OOH, DOOH, digital banners and print collateral
- Take master creative concepts and scale them cleanly across every format and channel, from a six-sheet to a story frame
- Own layout, typography and composition to a high standard of finish across formats
- Set artwork up correctly for output, including print-ready and large-format specs
- Keep every asset on brand and aligned to the strategy, applying brand guidelines consistently across accounts
Collaboration
- Work with Creative, Social and Account teams on campaign and always-on content
- Contribute to creative ideation and help develop concepts, not just execute them
- Respond to feedback efficiently and manage revisions within tight timelines
Ways of Working
- Prepare clean, production-ready files to spec for each channel, with clear version control
- Support wider creative projects across client accounts as needed
