About The Role

We're looking for passionate and dynamic Choir Leaders to inspire and grow our local communities. Working approximately five hours per week for each choir, you'll use your musical talent, enthusiasm, and leadership skills to deliver engaging, inclusive, and uplifting choir experiences.

Essential Requirements

  • You are required to provide your own equipment such as a portable keyboard, PA system, and head mic.
  • You will also need to travel to each of your choir locations; this shouldn’t be longer than a 1 hour drive from your home address.

    • Confident singing and playing piano at the same time
    • Able to use both voice and piano as effective teaching tools
    • A natural leader who is motivated, enthusiastic, and inspiring
    • An engaging teacher who enjoys helping others reach their potential
    • Committed to growing their choirs and participating in events, meetings, and training opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
