We're looking for a Senior Analyst with a sharp analytical mind to own campaigns end-to-end, planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting, across paid search, paid social and/or programmatic. You'll be the day-to-day client contact, spotting opportunities in the data, translating performance into clear recommendations, and helping coach junior Analysts as you go.

What you'll need:
- 2+ years' hands-on platform experience (Paid Search or Paid Social; Programmatic Display/Video a plus)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Excel and confident turning data into a story
- A genuine passion for digital media and technology
- Great communication skills and a natural relationship-builder
