About Rosard

Rosard partners with discerning hospitality, travel, real estate and wellness brands to elevate their online presence through tailored social media marketing strategies.

Our approach combines strategy with refined content creation and social media management, to engage U/HNW audiences, build cultural relevance and convert awareness into long-term commercial value.

We are a specialist, agile team of strategists and creatives defining a new wave of storytelling, where refined visuals and high-impact marketing go hand in hand.

The Role

We are hiring a freelance Paid Media Specialist to lead paid strategy and delivery across our client accounts. You will own paid media end-to-end — from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting — acting as a trusted partner to our clients and a close extension of Rosard's founder.

Our clients include luxury restaurants, hotels, members' clubs and property developers, so the ideal candidate will have proven experience generating awareness, bookings and quality leads among affluent audiences for service-based brands (as opposed to solely product-based/D2C brands).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is for someone as commercial as they are creative. You will understand the nuances of marketing to U/HNW audiences, and be able to make paid media feel as considered as the wider brand experience.

Please note, this is an individual freelance engagement, not an agency appointment. Day rate or project fees considered. Remote / hybrid, with optional use of a central London workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead paid media strategy across selected clients
  • Structure campaigns by objective and audience — from bookings and awareness to considered lead generation
  • Recommend how budget is allocated
  • Set the measures by which performance is judged

Campaign Delivery & Optimisation

  • Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google primarily, with potential to activate other paid media platforms if required
  • Shape the creative and act as a brand guardian across all paid output, keeping every campaign refined and on-brand
  • Amplify organic social, creator and influencer content
  • Test, refine and improve performance throughout the life of each campaign

  • Data-led, with the taste and judgment to keep paid campaigns considered rather than loud
  • Discreet, precise and attuned to the tone that luxury brands require
