About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Personio Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of Personio for our growing business. This is a short-term contract of approximately 80–150 hours, with the potential for additional work to assist with HR data migration and post-implementation support.
If you've successfully delivered Personio implementations and enjoy working independently with stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Personio HRIS platform.
- Review current HR processes and recommend best practice workflows within Personio.
- Configure modules including employee records, onboarding, time off, workflows, approvals, and document management.
- Support data migration from existing HR systems and spreadsheets.
- Advise on system configuration, permissions, and security settings.
- Provide guidance on integrations where required.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and basic training to internal users.
- Offer post-go-live support and troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing Personio HRIS for one or more organisations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology.
- Experience with HR data migration and data cleansing.
- Ability to work independently and manage implementation projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience as a Personio Implementation Consultant, Personio HRIS Consultant, HRIS Project Manager, or Solution Consultant is highly desirable.

- Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
- Duration: Approximately 80–150 hours
- Location: Remote (UK preferred, although we're open to other locations with suitable experience)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Rate: Please include your hourly or daily rate when applying.
