Presentation Designer (Freelance) – Tendem Project

Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks.
- Provide critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations.
This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in:

About the Role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy. We need a specialist who can:
- Communicate complex information beautifully.
- Turn raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers.
- Utilize tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite/Figma.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on:
- Minimalism
- Precise information hierarchy
- Elevate presentations using:
- Custom fonts
- Elegant animations
- Perfect visual consistency
- Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of:
- Visual alignment
- Pacing
- Brand adherence

How to Get Started
- Apply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise — on your own schedule.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Graphic design
- Presentation design
- Visual storytelling
- Data visualization (desirable)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Graphic Design
- Fine Arts
- Visual Communications
- Related creative fields (plus)
- Presentation software: Expertise in:
- PowerPoint
- Keynote
- Building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
- Design tools: Deep proficiency with:
- **Adobe Creative Suite (**Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Figma (to create custom graphics and layouts).
- Data & information design:
- Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Typography & animation: Advanced skills in:
- Working with custom fonts
- Smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).

Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection.
- Self-directed work ethic; able to troubleshoot design challenges independently.

Project Time Expectations
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases—based on project requirements. This applies only while the project is active (not a guaranteed workload).
Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on:
- Scope
- Complexity
- Required expertise.
Note: Other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
