About the Company

We're working with a highly regarded independent agency, to find an exceptional Freelance Project Director for a major brand transformation and launch programme.

This is an opportunity to lead one of the most significant B2B brand relaunches happening in the UK this year. Following a complete strategic repositioning and the development of a new market proposition, our client is preparing to launch a major integrated campaign that will redefine how their client is perceived in the market.

Description

Working as an extension of the agency team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, integrated campaign spanning creative, production, media and talent partnerships.

This is a complex, fast-moving programme with a fixed launch deadline and significant commercial visibility. You'll be working directly with senior client stakeholders, agency partners and production teams to ensure every element lands successfully.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
