The Role
Support technical positioning, proposal development, and client presentations
Lead delivery across a multi-phase monitoring programme as it comes online
Manage stakeholder engagement with ministries and government agencies
Coordinate a distributed technical team (satellite data analysts, GIS, platform development)
Travel to West Africa for key milestones (periodic, short trips)

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in InSAR, SAR, or Earth Observation services
- Experience delivering or selling monitoring services to government or institutional clients
- Ability to translate EO capability into language government stakeholders act on
- Comfortable working fully remotely in a small, agile consultancy
- Fluent English; French an advantage

Desirable
- Africa or emerging markets experience
- Environmental, mining, or enforcement-related monitoring background
- Familiarity with commercial SAR providers (ICEYE, Capella, Umbra) or EO platforms
