Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at FutureBrand you’ll be responsible for managing major branding projects on behalf of an instantly recognisable global client in the FMCG F&B/Grocery sector. Specifically you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of multiple brand and packaging design projects for major global brands
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review their objectives and project requirements and interpret into project plans and creative briefs.
- Plan, cost and manage stand-alone projects in coordination with external suppliers.
- Control project time plans, budgets, while coordinating and motivating the team with a positive solutions-based attitude to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to strict processes and maintain project timetables, addressing or escalating risks.
- Provide project management assistance to the Project Directors as directed, including: Client status reporting, Weekly and ad-hoc resourcing, Imagery and typeface licensing and tracking
Minimum Requirements
- Previous project management experience leading branding projects (brand design not advertising) with a brand design agency or global business is essential
- You can demonstrate advanced Project Management skills including numeracy, financial acumen, active listening, assertiveness, articulacy, and organisation.
- Knowledge and experience of design, creative and production process.
- Ability to understand and apply commercial and financial considerations, quickly grasp complex problems, and propose solutions to facilitate fast resolutions.

Nice to Haves
- Being skilled with Float, Smartsheets and Screendragon is desirable, although not a requirement.
