Quantity Surveyor – Temporary with Potential for Permanent Role
Location: Maidstone
About the Role
Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction company on an immediate start basis. This excellent opportunity offers ongoing work with the chance to transition from temp-to-perm.
You will manage two key schemes:
- One at the latter stages of site development
- Another at the procurement stage, with groundworks commencing immediately for July

Main Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards
- Act as a point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
