This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Recruiter (Global Recruitment Partner) based in United Kingdom.
This fully remote freelance opportunity is ideal for experienced recruiters who want the flexibility to manage their own workload while earning commission-based rewards. Accountabilities
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end sourcing process, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and an outstanding recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen applicants to assess their skills, experience, availability, and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial recruiter interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
- Obtain valid Right to Represent (RTR) authorization before candidate submission.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Submit qualified candidates through the designated recruitment platform following established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a professional recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.
- Review job requirements carefully to ensure high-quality and relevant candidate submissions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple industries and hiring assignments.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors such as IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Executive Search.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating technical and professional qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring requirements.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to candidate quality.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools is preferred.
