Resource Manager (Creative/AV)

Location: West London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Rate: £328 – £341.67 per day (Umbrella Only – Inside IR35)

Contract: Ad-hoc bookings within a 9-month period

Our client is looking for a Resource Manager to partner with Creative Directors and drive the efficient resourcing of massive promotional and AV campaigns. If you thrive on connecting world-class creative talent with high-profile projects, this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the efficient resourcing and allocation of work for award-winning creative promo and AV projects.
  • Managing the engagement and onboarding of external freelance creative staff.
  • Establishing forward-looking capacity plans and tracking team utilisation across the agency.
  • Owning the numbers: tracking resource costs strictly against agreed project budgets and retainers.
  • Conducting talent audits to identify skills gaps and sourcing the right talent to support strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a recruiting, resourcing, or traffic management function within a creative agency or broadcaster.
  • Expertise in engaging freelance creative/AV talent.
  • A highly analytical approach with proven experience in tracking budgets and utilisation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you are comfortable pushing back and partnering with senior Creative Directors.
  • Strong Excel skills and solid experience using project/event scheduling software.
