Freelance Sales Associate
The Freelance Sales Associate is the face of Leica and delivers the Leica brand experience to prospective and existing Leica customers. They have a passion for selling and provide exceptional levels of customer service. They have exceptional product knowledge and can build lasting customer relationships that result in repeat business and increased revenue. Leica Sales Associates live and breathe our brand values and create a customer experience that is warm, engaging and tailored to the individual.
We are looking for freelance candidates.
Key Accountabilities
- Supporting the teams in reaching monthly retail targets and KPIs by providing excellent customer service
- Understand and properly execute systems and POS procedures, and respond to and follow up on customer calls, messages and emails on a daily basis
- Develop and maintain a list of customers and CRM database and provide customers with an exceptional and bespoke level of service including one-on-one customer sessions on Leica products
- Provide a one-to-one personalised service and aftercare service to customers e.g. by notifying them of new products, relevant photography exhibitions and Akademie courses
- Assist with the presentation of products and displays according to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping
- Support the teams with stock management, including stock takes and reordering
- Properly execute all stock movements on SAP
- Follow security procedures in stores
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, contribute to and represent Leica at events
- Seek to continuously develop knowledge and skills in sales, service, systems and process

- Retail and sales experience are essential
- Good communication and organisation skill
- Excellent written and phone skills
- Team player
- Good I.T skills
- Knowledge of using SAP is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of photography
