Freelance Sales Partner – Cinematic Production Agency
We are Cross x Bodo, a cinematic production agency creating high-end brand films, campaigns and visual content for brands operating at the top of their markets. We are looking for an experienced freelance sales professional to help us bring in new business.
Our work spans brand films, ad campaigns, product motion, editorial and investor films, all built with a cinematic approach that goes beyond standard commercial production.
The ideal candidate has experience in advertising, media production, creative production or agency sales, with an existing network of clients and relationships with brands, agencies, marketing teams or decision makers who need campaign production.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients who may need advertising campaign and cinematic campaign production.
- Promote our studio's services to your existing client network and new prospects.
- Introduce Cross x Bodo to brands, agencies and businesses looking for production support.
- Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to our team.
- Support negotiation and closing of new business deals.
- Act as a freelance business development partner for the studio.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising, media production, or creative production services.
- Existing pool of clients, leads, or professional relationships in relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of advertising campaign production, commercial shoots, branded content, and creative production workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance/contract basis.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to open doors and close deals.

Compensation
This is a freelance, commission-based role. We offer a strong percentage of each successfully closed deal, making this a valuable opportunity for someone with an established network and the ability to generate production projects.
Ideal Candidate
A well-connected sales professional, producer, business development consultant, or advertising industry contact who can introduce Cross x Bodo to potential clients and help convert opportunities into paid campaign production projects.
