Role Description
As a Freelance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business by introducing our portfolio of digital marketing and web development services to businesses of all sizes. You will focus on prospecting, nurturing client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales, while our experienced delivery team manages every aspect of project implementation and ongoing client support. This is a fully remote, self-employed opportunity offering complete flexibility over when and where you work. Your earnings are directly linked to your performance, with no limits on your commission potential.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective business clients across various industries. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities. Understand clients' business objectives and recommend appropriate digital marketing and web development solutions. Present and promote Blue Bird Media House's range of services professionally and confidently. Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the internal team where required. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities. Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition once a client has signed. Represent Blue Bird Media House professionally, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

What we are looking for ?
We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and confident in developing new business relationships. Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach. The ability to work independently and manage their own schedule. Confidence in presenting solutions to business owners and decision-makers. Experience selling digital marketing, technology, SaaS, recruitment, advertising, or professional services (desirable but not essential). An existing professional network or client portfolio would be advantageous. What we offer?
