The Role
We're a nearshore IT company helping web agencies and startups build and scale their tech teams. We're looking for a London-based freelance BDR to open doors and generate qualified leads in the UK market.
Responsibilities
You'll own cold outreach end-to-end, identifying target accounts, reaching out via LinkedIn and email, and booking discovery calls. This is a hunter role: you'll be building pipeline from scratch, not managing existing accounts.

Target Audience
- Web agencies (design, development, digital)
- Tech startups and scale-ups in London
Tasks
- Research and build prospect lists within our target segments
- Run personalised outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify needs and budget
- Present our nearshore model and handle objections
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Maintain pipeline visibility in a shared CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record closing B2B deals
- Experience selling IT services, dev teams, or agency services strongly preferred
- Based in London with knowledge of the local startup and agency scene
- Confident running the full sales cycle independently
- Strong communicator, written and on calls
- Existing network in London's digital/tech community is a big plus

Compensation
Commission-only. Competitive % on closed revenue with uncapped earning potential. The more you close, the more you earn.
