Job Title
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic Senior Designer to join our Birmingham team on a six month freelance contract from September 2026 - April 2027. In this role you'll be responsible for responding to client briefs with expertise and original ideas that help influence and connect. The role will incorporate both ideas and execution working across multiple disciplines; including reporting documents, events, campaigns, digital communications and brand extension work and for a major client.
Requirements
- You'll enjoy tackling tough challenges and solving problems with creativity
- You'll have delivered a number of reporting projects from concepts right through to publication
- You'll be an expert at every stage of the creative process - research, strategy, concept development and implementation
- You'll have a clear point of view about what makes great work - and how to do it
- You'll love collaborating with other creatives, strategists and clients - and you'll enjoy inspiring others do brilliant work
- You'll be an expert practitioner, with a passion for refined execution and strong typography skills
- You'll have confidence in your presentation skills - articulating ideas with natural conviction
- And you'll be as brilliant at crafting work as coming up with big, brave ideas
- Agency experience, ideally within an integrated brand agency
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across a range of work, channels and disciplines
- Ideally you'll have experience in corporate communications - including annual reports
- Experience of delivering work across a variety of channels, namely: print, digital and events
