The Studio
This global hospitality group creates and operates a diverse collection of design-led hotels, restaurants and lifestyle destinations, each with its own distinctive identity and sense of place.
Its in-house creative team works across interior design and brand storytelling, developing characterful spaces that respond to the individual concept, location and guest experience. The work is highly design-driven, with a strong emphasis on narrative, materiality and FF&E.
The Opportunity
The role focuses on supporting hospitality projects from early concept through to technical delivery, with a particular emphasis on FF&E, materials, and drawing packages. You’ll work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams, taking responsibility for defined workstreams and supporting junior designers where appropriate.

The position is initially for four months and requires you to be in the office as little as one day a week.

The Candidate
- Strong FF&E background, with the ability to develop cohesive design narratives for hospitality interiors
- Proven experience creating look-and-feel imagery, FF&E moodboards, and material palettes
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver Public Areas FF&E packages
- Experience working on ID fit-out projects, particularly refurbishment schemes
- Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and established supplier networks
- Ability to develop designs in SketchUp during concept and design development stages
- Competence in drafting joinery drawings
- Confident producing full drawing packages in AutoCAD
