Job Description
As a Freelance Senior Project Manager, this role manages delivery across complex healthcare and pharmaceutical work streams, partnering closely with Client Services and cross-functional teams. You’ll bring clarity to scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, risks, and client expectations. Fluency in German is also essential to engage with German-speaking clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management across multi-work stream healthcare or pharmaceutical projects using tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or TFS.
- Partner with Client Services, discipline leads, and stakeholders to align deliverables, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting, risks, and resource plans across active client engagements.
- Track project progress and provide clear status reporting, escalation updates, and delivery recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, medical, technology, media, client services) to sustain delivery standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
