About the Role
Are you a proactive, results-driven communicator who thrives on opening doors and starting meaningful business conversations? We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team on an independent contractor basis.
In this role, you will reach out to potential B2B clients, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality sales meetings for our senior team. You will be presenting a proven, high-demand service that helps tech companies scale efficiently.

- Perform outbound cold calls and strategic outreach to targeted B2B decision-makers.
- Engage prospects, identify pain points, and qualify leads against set criteria.
- Schedule qualified sales appointments/demos for our clients' sales team.
- Maintain clean records and track call activity within our CRM.
- Continuously refine messaging and objections handling based on real-time feedback.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Background in B2B cold calling, phone-based lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.
- Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic, comfortable working independently, and driven by achieving goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern communication tools, CRMs, and remote work tech setups.
