We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Berkshire and Bristol, typically valued up to £1m.

This is a No.1 Site Manager role, taking full responsibility for managing projects from start through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of projects as the lead Site Manager (No.1 on site)
- Manage all on-site activities for commercial fit-out schemes (CAT A / CAT B / refurbishments)
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor quality control and ensure works meet specification
- Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and daily reporting
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out
- Track record of delivering projects up to £1m in value
- Ability to operate independently as a No.1 Site Manager
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Client-facing experience and professional approach

Essential Certifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Card (Black or appropriate level)
- First Aid at Work
Desirable
- Experience across CAT A / CAT B office fit-outs
- Ability to manage multiple trades in live environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
