We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Berkshire and Bristol, typically valued up to £1m.

This is a No.1 Site Manager role, taking full responsibility for managing projects from start through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of projects as the lead Site Manager (No.1 on site)
  • Manage all on-site activities for commercial fit-out schemes (CAT A / CAT B / refurbishments)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
  • Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor quality control and ensure works meet specification
  • Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and daily reporting
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out
  • Track record of delivering projects up to £1m in value
  • Ability to operate independently as a No.1 Site Manager
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Client-facing experience and professional approach

Essential Certifications

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS Card (Black or appropriate level)
  • First Aid at Work
