Join a dynamic project focused on building a modern online education platform as a freelance software engineer. This part-time, fully remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to the technical direction and hands-on development of an innovative EdTech product. You will work approximately 2–3 hours per day on a flexible schedule, collaborating with a distributed team to shape the platform’s architecture and feature set. The ideal candidate is passionate about education technology and eager to make a meaningful impact on a growing platform.
Deliverables
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features for the education platform
- Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable code for both frontend and backend components
- Collaborate on technical planning and participate in roadmap discussions
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage database interactions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Provide input on best practices and modern development methodologies

Requirements
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js or Python preferred)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability for 2–3 hours per day, flexible scheduling
- Prior experience in EdTech or online platforms is a plus
- Open to candidates worldwide; reliable internet connection required
