Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced freelance stylists to support a range of ecommerce still-life and model shoots at our Fulham studio.
You will be responsible for preparing and styling garments and products to a high standard, working closely with photographers, art directors, producers, and the wider studio team to deliver content that is on-brand, consistent, and shoot-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, steam, and organise garments and products before and during shoots
- Style flat lays, mannequins, ghost mannequin imagery, and on-model looks in line with client and brand guidelines
- Dress and restyle models efficiently, helping to keep shoots on schedule
- Ensure products remain in pristine condition throughout the shoot
- Manage samples carefully, ensuring all items are complete and accounted for
- Work confidently from shoot lists, mood boards, brand bibles, and creative briefs
- Identify and communicate any missing products, unclear guidance, or potential issues at the earliest opportunity
- Collaborate with photographers and art directors to refine styling and presentation on set
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient styling area
- Return products in the correct order and condition at the end of the shoot
What We Look For:
- Proven styling experience within a studio or ecommerce environment
- Experience across still-life, flat lay, mannequin, ghost mannequin, and on-model styling
- A strong eye for fit, drape, proportion, composition, and detail
- The ability to work quickly and consistently across high-volume ecommerce shoots without compromising quality
- Experience adapting styling techniques to suit different types of shoots, including flat lay, mannequin, ghost mannequin, and on-model
- Confidence working from brand guidelines and adapting to different client aesthetics
- A calm, collaborative, and dependable approach under pressure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with the brands we work with and their visual aesthetic is an advantage

- All work is based on site at our Fulham studio
- Freelancers must complete a freelancer agreement before their first booking
- Up-to-date contact information, availability, and rate details must be provided and maintained
- Traffic Manager will reach out regularly to acquire general availability and book on sets that match your availability
