About the role:
We are launching the UK support team for our client!
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our UK users and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical assistance across our communication platform.
You will join a fast-growing international support organization, working closely with senior support engineers, team leads, and technical teams across Europe.
Major responsibilities:
- Must have strong experience with the most recent versions of Microsoft Windows, and MacOS & Linux.
- Familiar with supporting iOS, iPadOS, and Android mobile devices.
- Acts as a technical point of contact for all employees and assists in analyzing problems and coordinating resolutions for end users and IT teams; utilizes ticket tracking systems to document, track and monitor issues.
- Escalation point for Level 1 Technical Engineers.
- Projects Assigned by Leads to help other teams excel.
- Responsible for our client's IT services.
- Be available off hours for scheduled maintenance, critical update releases...

Required skills and attributes:
- Experience with Zendesk or support ticketing system, CRMs and ATS software/webapps.
- Experience with integrating software and troubleshooting defects.
- Experience escalating to development/technical leads.
- Understands chain of command within a corporate structure.
- Experience conducting thorough research into technical defects.
- Understanding of API Basics such as POST and GET for research.
- Overall strong technical background and project management skills are required.
- Demonstrates ability to learn new software, understand technical information, and communicate it to others using clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
- Understands networks, firewalls, server dependencies, TCIP, subnets, and databases...
- Must speak English.
