The Role
You will be responsible for assessing staff training, qualifications, and assessments throughout our qualification delivery. You will be working closely with stakeholders of our partnered clients. You will be required to deliver face-to-face training and virtual classroom. Travel and overnight stays are necessary in the role.
- Deliver training using a range of resources and in line with internal and external standards
- Assess learners enrolled onto qualifications, including Diploma qualifications, in line with internal and external standards
- Work closely with all relevant departments and staff to ensure an efficient training process
- Identify training needs and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training attendance, completion and competence
- Deliver feedback to learners in a sensitive and coherent manner
- Maintain a safe, productive, and supportive learning environment
- Promoting and practicing the Think Tank values
- Ability to motivate learners
- Excellent presentation skills

Role Requirements
- Experience of devising training materials and sessions - essential
- Experience of delivering training and qualifications up to NVQ Level 5 - essential
- Up to date knowledge of care-related training and qualifications - essential
- Knowledge & understanding of Children/Adult social care is essential

- Assessor’s Award qualification – essential
- Teacher/Trainer qualification – essential
- IQA qualification- desirable
- External Verifier Award- desirable
