Freelance UGC Content Creator
£250–£300 day rate (Outside IR35)
London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

The Freelance Content Creator will lead the creation, planning, and delivery of engaging short-form content that drives audience growth and brand awareness.
Role Highlights
- Create and publish high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms
- Confidently film, edit, and appear in video content to bring ideas to life
- Plan and schedule weekly content aligned to campaign goals
- Source and collaborate with UGC creators to scale content output
- Analyse content performance and refine creative direction based on insights

You Will Need
- Proven experience creating short-form social content with strong engagement
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera
- Working knowledge of TikTok and Meta platform trends and tools
- Ability to manage content calendars and meet weekly delivery targets
- Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience appeal
