Job Title: Freelance Creator Partnerships Coordinator (UGC)
Salary Range: £250–£300 per day
Location: London | Hybrid / Remote
We are working with an innovative, high-growth technology business that is transforming how people preserve and celebrate life's most meaningful moments. Operating internationally with millions of customers, our client combines cutting-edge technology with creative thinking to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Due to continued growth and increasing investment in user-generated content, they are looking to appoint a Freelance EU Creator Partnerships Coordinator (UGC) to play a pivotal role in scaling one of their fastest-growing marketing channels.
The Freelance Creator Partnerships Coordinator (UGC) will own and develop the creator ecosystem, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content that supports paid social performance while building long-term partnerships with creators and agencies across Europe.
Role Highlights
- Source, onboard and manage a growing network of UGC creators across multiple European markets.
- Develop engaging creative briefs, scripts and campaign concepts informed by social media trends and performance insights.
- Manage relationships with external production partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Build long-term creator partnerships to improve consistency, exclusivity and campaign performance.
- Coordinate Meta Partnership Ads processes, including creator authorisation, whitelisting and campaign readiness.

You Will Need
- Previous experience managing UGC, influencer or creator marketing programmes.
- Strong understanding of Meta Partnership Ads, creator authorisation and paid social campaigns.
- Experience writing creative briefs that translate campaign objectives into engaging creator content.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with agencies, creators and internal marketing teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and relationships simultaneously.
