Join an Editorial Podcast Project

Join an editorial podcast project focused on exploring single-word themes through the lens of Caribbean diaspora and Black cultural perspectives. This freelance role involves editing both video and audio for a full season of 15 episodes—12 solo (30 minutes each) and 3 guest episodes (45 minutes each). The ideal candidate will bring a warm, editorial visual tone, intentional pacing, and a restrained editing style that highlights strong pull-quote moments.

You will be responsible for delivering polished YouTube videos with clean lower thirds, high-quality audio exports, and three social-ready vertical clips per episode. Reference styles include 'We Don’t Always Agree with Ryan & Sterling' and 'Baby, This Is Keke Palmer.' Applicants should be able to match these reference styles and demonstrate a keen understanding of the cultural context.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
