Position: Technical Project Manager III
Type: Full-time position
Compensation: $70 $100 per hour
Location: Burlingame, CA (USA)
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Drive deployment and operational excellence for retail demo systems across AI glasses, VR devices, and in-store display technologies Act as the primary operational point of contact for store technology performance, software updates, vendor management, and retail device maintenance Ensure high uptime and seamless customer experiences across first-party retail locations Collaborate with retail operations, technical vendors, analytics teams, and internal engineering stakeholders Manage deployments, track KPIs, resolve technical issues, and maintain scalable retail technology systems

Requirements
Experience managing high-impact retail technology operations Experience with large-scale hardware deployments Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including vendors and engineering teams Experience tracking KPIs and maintaining operational performance standards Ability to manage software updates, device maintenance, and retail system operations
