Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Freelance Videographer role based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site shoots and work-from-home tasks. The Freelance Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content for brand campaigns, social media, events, weddings, and personal brands, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and client objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Pre-production planning
- Location scouting
- Setting up and operating cameras and lighting
- Capturing high-quality footage
- Collaborating closely with the creative team on visual storytelling
The role also involves:
- Preparing deliverables for different platforms and formats
- Managing files and media assets
- Occasionally attending client meetings or shoots in person
Qualifications
- Strong Video Production skills, including planning, shooting, and editing video content for a range of formats and platforms.
- Proficient Camera Operation and use of Camera equipment, with the ability to select appropriate lenses and settings for varied environments.
- Solid Lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve consistent visual quality.
- Practical Shooting Video experience, capturing stable, well-composed footage that supports narrative and brand objectives.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and adapting video to vertical and horizontal formats.
- Proficiency with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic sound editing skills.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand guidelines and digital marketing objectives.
- Reliable access to professional camera and audio equipment, ability to travel within the UK for on-site shoots, and excellent communication and time management skills.
