Job Title: Web Designer (Freelance) – Tendem Project (Mindrift)

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and oversee specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

About the Role This part-time, remote opportunity is tailored for designers with a focus on UI/web design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications. As a Freelance Web Designer, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents handling repetitive tasks while applying your critical thinking, expertise, and layout skills to refine raw briefs and rough drafts into polished, on-brand, and functional web-ready designs.

Your responsibility will be to own the look and feel of all web-based materials, ensuring a consistent, professional, and cohesive brand experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on textual copy, outlines, or existing drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, ensuring scalable components and structured sections for easy developer/no-code implementation.
  • Prepare and package production-ready files (organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specs) for seamless handoff.
  • Maintain absolute visual consistency between interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Enforce layout quality standards through verification of responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and trend-aligned modernity prior to delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
