This part-time remote (freelance) role involves collaborating with Tendem Agents to handle repetitive tasks, while you focus on critical thinking, domain expertise, and web-ready design—transforming briefs and rough drafts into clean, cohesive, and conversion-driven layouts.

About the Role
The Tendem project virtual assistant requires a freelance Web Designer specialising in:
- Marketing pages & landing experiences
- Conversion-driven layouts
- Ensuring brand consistency across web, PDF, and social materials.
This is a full-owned role—your expertise will define the look and feel of entire digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-converting marketing assets:
- One-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on textual copy, outlines, or drafts.

Responsive UI extrapolation:
- Translate brand assets & social visuals into scalable, implementable web layouts using Figma, ensuring auto-layout, modular components, and design system consistency.

Developer-ready file setup:
- Package production-ready assets (Figma frames, exports, specs) for seamless handoff to developers or no-code platforms (Webflow, Framer).

Cross-platform unity:
- Align interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials visually and structurally.

Quality assurance & modern standardization:
- Enforce consistent responsiveness, spacing, modern trends with rigorous proofing before delivery.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Web design
- UI design
- Digital marketing visuals
- Visual communications
✅ Degree preferred (though not essential):
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields.
✅ Technical Mastery:
- Proficient Figma for responsive, modular, and design system-based layouts.
- Expertise in high-converting pitch-style aggregates, focusing on clarity, spacing, and modern trends.
- Developer workflows: Clean file organisation, precise specs, and no-code handoff compatibility.

✅ Cross-platform cohesion:
- Must maintain uniform branding across web, social, and PDF outputs.
- Ensures synergy with product messaging and brand guidelines.
✅ English competency:
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
✅ Work ethic & mindset:
- Self-directed, problem-solving, and acutely conversion-focused.
- Strong grasp of whitespace, typography, and modern UX/UI trends.
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality assets promptly.

Time Estimate & Compensation
