Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/). In this role, you’ll collaborate with Tendem Agents to handle repetitive tasks while bringing critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills to turn briefs and drafts into clean, on-brand, and web-ready designs.
This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with UI/web design, marketing page, or digital visual communications experience.

💼 About the Role: Web Designer (Freelance, Web & UI Focus)
As a Web Designer, you’ll specialise in:
- Marketing pages
- Landing experiences
- Conversion-driven layouts
This is a dedicated role focused on aligning all web-based materials to ensure consistency, polish, and brand alignment across touchpoints.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and marketing sites based on written copy, outlines, or wireframes.
- Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and reusable systems for developer/No-Code implementation (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
- Prepare and package production-ready files, including:
- Organising Figma frames
- Exporting assets
- Generating detailed specs
- Ensure 100% visual consistency between interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social media assets.
- Enforce design quality standards through:
- Responsiveness checks
- Proper spacing and hierarchy
- Adherence to modern web trends
- Clarity and usability assessments before delivery.

🎓 Requirements & Skills
📊 Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in:
- Web design
- UI design
- Digital marketing design
- Visual communications (preferred)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Web Design
- Graphic Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Related creative/technical field (a plus).
🎨 Technical & Creative Expertise
- Professional proficiency in Figma, including:
- Scalable, responsive layouts
- Auto-layout components
- Design systems
- Conversion-focused design with an eye for:
- Clarity, spacing, and modern trends in landing pages -Experience in efficient handoffs for development teams, including:
- Spec documents
- Optimised assets for Webflow, Framer, or no-code tools.

📂 Portfolio Submission Rule

⏱ Time Commitment
- Active phases: ~10–20 hours per week (estimates may vary by project scope).

💰 Compensation
- Pay rate depends on expertise and pace: Up to $50/hour for this project.
- Note: Earnings vary by project (scope, complexity, and requirements). Other Mindrift opportunities may offer different pay.
