About Mindrift
Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Web Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized data scraping workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Tendum Agents—handling repetitive tasks—while you provide critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills to transform briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, and web-ready designs.
This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in UI/web design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications.

About the Role
This is a freelance role specifically for the Tendem project.
As the Web Designer, your focus is on:
- Marketing pages
- Landing experiences
- Conversion-driven layouts
You’ll be the core specialist responsible for owning the look and feel of all web-based materials—ensuring consistency, polish, and perfect alignment with the brand ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on copy, outlines, or drafts.
- Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and reusable sections for ease of implementation by developers/no-code tools.
- Prepare and securely package production-ready files (Figma frames, exported assets, and specs) for a smooth handoff.
- Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
- Enforce layout quality standards through systematic verification:
- Responsiveness
- Spacing & clarity
- Adherence to modern web trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications (desirable—required for consideration).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields (a plus).
- Web & UI Design:
- Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
- Conversion-Driven Layouts:
- Expertise in structuring high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with a strong focus on clarity, spacing, and modern design trends.
- Developer Handoff:
- Understanding of preparing specs, packaging assets for developers/no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
- Cross-Platform Consistency:
- Ability to seamlessly translate core brand aesthetics across web pages, PDFs, and social materials.
- English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
- Design Approach: Structured, user-centric, conversion-focused, with an eye for clarity, white space, and modern layouts.
- Work Ethic:
- Self-directed, with troubleshooting ability and a track record of delivering production-ready assets efficiently.
