About the Role
This is a freelance, part-time remote opportunity.
Key Focus:
- Work alongside Tendem AI Agents handling repetitive tasks.
- Provide critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills to:
- Transform briefs and rough drafts into clean, on-brand, web-ready designs.
- Design marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven layouts.
About Mindrift
The Mindrift platform connects AI project specialists across the globe, unlocking the potential of Generative AI. This role centers on creating polished, brand-consistent web materials for tech innovators’ AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on provided:
- Textual copy
- Outlines
- Existing drafts
- Translate brand assets/social visuals into:
- Responsive web layouts
- Scalable structured components (Figma-based)
- Developer-friendly, no-code-ready filesets
- Prepare & hand off design assets with:
- Organized Figma frames
- High-quality exported assets
- Clear technical specs for streamlined implementation
- Enforce consistency across:
- Interactive web pages
- Static PDFs
- Social materials
- Verify quality by checking:
- Responsiveness
- Spacing/clarity
- Adherence to contemporaneous design trends
- Developer implementation feasibility

Requirements
Prior Experience Required:
- At least 2 years’ experience in:
- Web design
- UI/web design
- Digital marketing design
- Visual communications
Education (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Web Design
- Graphic Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Related creative/technical fields
Design & Technical Skills:
- Figma proficiency for scalable/responsive web layouts:
- Auto-layout components
- Design systems
- Conversion-focused layouts, prioritizing:
- Clarity
- Strategic spacing
- Modern aesthetics
- Developer handoff expertise:
- Packaging digital assets for (e.g.) Webflow, Framer
- Technical file specs for seamless development
- Cross-platform consistency:
- Aligning web pages with existing: social media visuals, pitch decks
