About Mindrift
Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to drive specialized data scraping workflows within their hybrid AI + human system for the Tendem project (tendem.ai). This is a freelance, part-time remote opportunity designed for creative professionals with expertise in UI/web design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications.

About the Role
You’ll collaborate with Tendem Agents—AI-powered assistants handling repetitive tasks—while leveraging your critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout skills to transform briefs and rough drafts into clean, polished, and conversion-driven web designs.
As a Core Specialist for this Tendem project, your focus will be on:
- Marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-focused web layouts.
- Ensuring visual consistency, professional polish, and alignment with the broader brand ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on copy, outlines, or existing drafts.
- Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts, reusable components, and developer-ready sections.
- Prepare and securely package production-ready files (Figma frames, exported assets, detailed specs) for smooth handoff.
- Maintain visual cohesion across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
- Verify and enforce quality standards—responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and modern design trends—before delivery.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications (desirable).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields (a plus).
- Proficient in Figma—expertise in scalable layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems required.
- Conversion-driven experience—ability to structure high-impact landing pages with clarity, spacing, and design trends.
- Strong developer handoff skills—preparing specs, assets, and project files for Webflow, Framer, or no-code platforms.
- Cross-platform consistency—seamlessly adapting brand aesthetics across web, social media, and pitching materials.

Soft Skills & Work Ethic
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency (intermediate or below will not meet requirements).
- User-centric, conversion-focused approach to design.
- Strong visual judgment—clarity, white space, and modern layout trends.
- Self-directed & independent—ability to troubleshoot, iterate, and deliver assets rapidly.
Portfolio
Your CV must include a link to a portfolio showcasing web design work. Applications without a portfolio link or relevant case studies will not be considered.
Project Expectations

Compensation
- Earnings up to $50/hour (equivalent), depending on expertise, efficiency, and contribution pace.
- Rates may vary per project based on scope, complexity, and specialist demand. Mindrift’s platform offers flexible compensation models for different roles.
