The Role: Web Designer (Freelance, Part-Time, Remote)

We’re seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to collaborate with Tendem AI Agents on the Tendem project. Your role blends creative problem-solving, customer conversion, and data platform expertise to deliver web designs that align with cutting-edge AI solutions.

This freelance project focuses on:

  • Marketing pages
  • Conversion-driven landing designs
  • Brief-to-prototype workflows

Ideal for remote professionals with hands-on experience in UI/web design, digital marketing, and UI-driven visuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design-to-delivery pipeline:
    • Quickly assemble high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style pages, and marketing sites from copy, drafts, or outlines.
    • Focus on clarity, spacing, and clarity to maximise conversions.

  • Bridge between design and development:

    • Convert brand styles/social assets into responsive, reusable components (e.g., headers, tickers) in Figma.
    • Organise assets (frames, assets, specs) for quick handoff to developers or no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
  • Cross-platform alignment:

    • Ensure visual consistency between:
      • Web pages
      • PDFs
      • Social media content
  • Strict quality gate:

    • Validate responsiveness, spacing, and adherence to modern trends before delivery.

Requirements & Skills

Technical & Professional Standards

  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Web design (especially portal/web experiences).
    • UI design + marketing landing pages.
    • Digital marketing campaigns (user flows, onboarding).
  • Degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in:
    • Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields.

Deep Proficiency in:

  • Figma (auto-layout, dynamic masks, symbol/library systems).
  • Conversion-driven design— 없습니다 (no fluff, only results!).
    • Expertise aligning visuals to KPIs: sign-ups, demos, or MVPs.
  • Developer/collaboration skills:
    • Structured asset spec sheets + hand-offset protocols.
    • Knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., Webflow, Framer).

Soft Skills & Approach

  • B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher English proficiency (required).
  • Strong white space/discipline for modern clean layouts.
  • Self-directed, with technical curiosity and SparkNotes-level troubleshooting.
  • Ability to translate text briefs to visual language fast.

Portfolio Mandatory

Project Details
