We are looking to bolster our teams with Workiva experts around the world during our busy season. You will work on some of the largest annual reports and ESG filings in the market, and you can work from anywhere in the world, provided you can sync with the London clock.

Duration: November 2026 – May 2027 Location: Global (Remote) Working Hours: Must be available to work UK business hours (you will be collaborating with our Production and Client teams) What you’ll be doing in this role You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of complex corporate reports within the Workiva platform. This isn't just data entry - we need experts who can bridge the gap between high-end design and technical execution. You will be: Setting up Workiva reports from scratch, including document structure Implementing and maintaining meticulous style guides and stylesheets within the platform to ensure brand consistency Applying your traditional reporting knowledge to ensure typography, layout and data visualisation meet professional standards What We're Looking For We are looking for seasoned professionals who don't need their hands held when the deadlines get tight You’ll have proven experience in the Workiva ecosystem, and you should understand the platform’s nuances inside and out You have a solid background in traditional corporate reporting artwork. You understand the importance of kerning, baseline grids and table formatting Ability to set up and manage complex style guides and templates You are set up as a professional freelancer with the hardware and connectivity to support seamless remote collaboration Comfortable working across different time zones while maintaining strict alignment with UK working hours.
