Join Us as a Business Partner in Writer Education
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Business Partner to join us in delivering and growing a successful online creative writing course. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who already operates a business or who has a strong desire to build and run one.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the course, supporting students in their development as writers, and contributing directly to both the educational and commercial success of the programme.
About the Role
This is not a traditional employment position. We are looking for a genuine business partner who will actively participate in the planning, management, delivery, and growth of the course over the coming years.
The course is delivered entirely online and focuses on developing aspiring writers through engaging teaching, mentoring, and practical learning experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
