Freelance Sales Rep/Appointment Setter (Commission-Only / Zero-Hours)

Overview:
Orvitai is an AI platform helping appointment-based businesses (barbers, vets, salons, locksmiths etc.) automate customer interactions across channels such as website chat, WhatsApp, Google Reviews, missed-call recovery, and AI-powered customer support. The software is already built, operational, and ready to scale. As the Founding Revenue Lead, I'm looking for industrious, hungry, and resilient sales reps to reach out to new businesses in any way they see fit. I care about results, not hours.

Company:
orvitai.com

Location:
Remote (European Timezones only)

Employment Type:
Freelance / Independent Contractor

Contract Type:
Zero-Hours (No minimum commitment, total schedule flexibility)

Compensation:
100% Commission-Based (Until you prove your value, then we can discuss a gradually increasing salary+ commission.) 15%-100% of sales value dependant on contract value/if you closed the deal yourself. This can be 100% of the first month the client subscribes for, it could be 15%-25% for as long as the client is with us. Base salary estimated from €500-€1500 a month. Again, this depends on your individual performance and what you bring in. Performers will be rewarded. Don't come looking for a salary off the bat, as there won't be one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting appointments and/or closing new business yourself.
  • Support will be given as needed.

  • I'm not looking to micro manage people.
  • You won't be getting calls/emails from me asking where you are and what you're doing.
  • This role will be what you make of it.
