Freezer Warehouse Operative
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help ensure over 215,000 customer orders move smoothly every week by:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching products accurately and on time
- Working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C) during day shifts
- Operating efficiently in extreme temperatures while handling materials like meat and alcohol
What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience needed—just bring a positive attitude
- Eligibility age: must be 18 or over
- Ability to comfortably handle meat and alcohol
- Must be within reasonable commuting distance
- Committed to health and safety—understanding and following instructions is essential

Shifts & Pay
You’ll work 4 shifts in every 7-day period, with variations including weekends. Available shifts:
- Day Shift: 05:00 to 15:00
- Night Shift: 19:00 to 05:00
Premium pay applies:
- £12.84 per hour (base rate)
- + £0.80 for working in freezer conditions
- + £2.67 for night shifts (23:00–06:00)
- Overtime at 1.25× the base rate
