Freezer Warehouse Operative – Job Description
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C.

What We’re Looking For
No warehouse experience is required—just a positive attitude.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be 18 or over
- Must be able to handle meat and alcohol
- Must be within reasonable commute time from the site
- Must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
- Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C)
Shift Options (4 shifts in every 7-day period; spreads across the full week, including weekends):
- Night Shift: 19:00 to 05:00
- Day Shift: 05:00 to 15:00

Payment:
- Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay)
- Freezer Premium: + £0.80 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am – 6 am)
- Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
