French E-commerce Executive - Luxury Jewellery
£35,000 + Benefits - Hatton Garden, London/ Hybrid
The Role
Are you fluent in both French and English, with experience managing e-commerce websites and creating engaging online customer experiences? Would you enjoy helping a leading luxury jewellery brand grow its presence in the French market while developing your own digital career?
Diamonds Factory is looking for a French E-commerce Executive to join our growing international team.
Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Manager, the French E-commerce Executive will support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of our French website. You'll work closely with teams across Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Development, and Customer Service to improve website performance, launch exciting campaigns, and enhance every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the French e-commerce website, including products, promotions, and content.
- Translate and localise website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials into fluent French.
- Ensure pricing, product information, and promotional messaging remain accurate.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and trading activity.
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Hotjar, and other reporting tools.
- Share ideas and insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Support SEO, CRM, email marketing, and paid media activity for the French market.
- Research competitors and emerging e-commerce trends.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide translation support when required.

The Person
We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and enjoys working in a fast-moving digital environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online trading, or website management.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
It would also be beneficial if you have experience within luxury retail, jewellery, or fashion, along with knowledge of SEO, Hotjar, conversion rate optimisation, and multilingual e-commerce websites.
