Location: London Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits

The Role
Reference: 8235FA
Position Type: Fully Office-Based
Support the accounts payable team and sales administration with the following core responsibilities:
- Assist with general bookkeeping activities
- Process daily banking and invoices
- Follow up on overdue payments for credit control
- Liaise with French accountants for month-end/year-end closing documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries promptly
- Manage orders in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements & Skills
Essential:
✔ Fluent in French (written & spoken) (High level of bilingual communication is mandatory) ✔ Administrative experience (preferably in accounting or finance) ✔ Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
