How You’ll Make an Impact
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities by scheduling discovery meetings with key decision-makers.
- Nurturing relationships with our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Leadership to align on prospects.
- Qualify prospects deeply to understand their pain points and communicate Extreme’s business impact.
- Identify high-potential accounts through targeted research and strategic prospecting.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social media) with persistence and follow-through.

Key Qualifications (What You Bring)
✔ 1+ years of sales or business development experience (quotas achieved preferred). ✔ Proficiency in French (essential for direct customer communication). ✔ Strong phone presence & communication skills—ability to connect authentically. ✔ Relationship-building savvy—quick to trust and build rapport. ✔ Tenacity & resilience—ability to handle rejection and adapt quickly. ✔ Inquisitive & technology-curious—passion for exploring new solutions and prospects’ challenges. ✔ Receptivity to feedback—always open to improvement and mentorship.
Compensation
Compensation is OTE (On-Target Earnings) on a 70/30 split, structured between: 💰 €55K–65K OTE
